Terms and Conditions for the MotoMondo BV Webshop

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the MotoMondo BV webshop. By placing an order, the dealer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and Agreement
All offers on the webshop are non-binding. MotoMondo BV reserves the right to change prices and conditions. An agreement is established at the moment MotoMondo BV confirms the dealer's order.

4. Delivery
MotoMondo BV aims to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products. The dealer can check the current stock levels themselves.

5. Return Policy
The dealer has the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. The return request must be accompanied by clear photos of the product and a description of the defect or error. Returns will only be accepted if these conditions are met.

Goods cannot be returned without written or verbal permission from the Support or Spare Parts department. Without this permission, no refund will be issued.

For returns due to an error by the dealer, a discount of 20% will be applied instead of the regular discount percentage.

The dealer can download the return form via this link. The return request can be submitted by sending the completed return form along with the photos to jesse.neven@motomondo.com.

6. Complaints and Liability
If the dealer identifies a defect or other issue, it must be reported to MotoMondo BV immediately upon discovery. MotoMondo BV is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered products unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7. Payment
Payment must be made within the period specified on the invoice. If the payment term is exceeded, the dealer is in default by operation of law, and MotoMondo BV is entitled to take collection measures.

8. Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes between MotoMondo BV and the dealer are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where MotoMondo BV is located.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
MotoMondo BV reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated via the website or by email to the dealer and will take effect immediately upon publication.
